• 2 large pizza bases
• 1 cup mild taco sauce
• 1 cup corn kernels
• 150g grated vintage cheddar
• 1 chorizo or pepperoni sausage (125g), sliced
• 1/4 cup Fehlbergs Sliced Pickled Jalapenos
• 1/2 bunch coriander leaves
Place pizza bases onto pizza trays and spread with taco sauce. Top with corn, cheese, chorizo
, and Fehlbergs Sliced Pickled Jalapenos. Bake at 220°C for 10-15 minutes until golden. Cut into
wedges and serve sprinkled with coriander.
Always serve some extra jalapenos on the side!
