Drain pickle juice from Fehlberg’s Pickled Sandwich Stackers onto onions and allow to stand.
Roll 6 Sandwich Stackers up and secure with cocktail skewers to use for garnishing the burgers, reserve another 6 for burgers, finely dice the rest and mix with Fehlberg’s Pickled Onion, mayonnaise, ketchup and mustard to make Extra Special Sauce.
Combine mince, barbecue sauce, salt and pepper together and form into 6 patties.
Chargrill bacon and then chargrill burger patties until cooked to your liking.
Drizzle the base buns with Extra Special Sauce and top with lettuce, cheese, beetroot, burgers, Sandwich Stackers and onions.
Drizzle with more sauce and sandwich with the top bun, securing with skewers.
Serve with potato wedges or fries.
