Pizza Mexicana

When pizza meets tacos it's a cheesy, spicy fest!

Makes 2 pizzas

Ingredients

  • 2 large pizza bases
  • 1 cup mild taco sauce
  • 1 cup corn kernels
  • 150 g grated vintage cheddar
  • 1 chorizo or pepperoni sausage (125g) sliced
  • 1/4 cup Fehlbergs Sliced Pickled Jalapenos
  • 1/2 bunch coriander leaves

Method

  • Place pizza bases onto pizza trays and spread with taco sauce.
  • Top with corn, cheese, chorizo, and Fehlbergs Sliced Pickled Jalapenos.
  • Bake at 220°C for 10-15 minutes until golden.
  • Cut into wedges and serve sprinkled with coriander.
