Ingredients
- 2 large pizza bases
- 1 cup mild taco sauce
- 1 cup corn kernels
- 150 g grated vintage cheddar
- 1 chorizo or pepperoni sausage (125g) sliced
- 1/4 cup Fehlbergs Sliced Pickled Jalapenos
- 1/2 bunch coriander leaves
Method
- Place pizza bases onto pizza trays and spread with taco sauce.
- Top with corn, cheese, chorizo, and Fehlbergs Sliced Pickled Jalapenos.
- Bake at 220°C for 10-15 minutes until golden.
- Cut into wedges and serve sprinkled with coriander.
